Dom Battinau - Owner
With close to 30 years of invaluable experience in the roofing industry, Dom has built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and integrity, making him a trusted authority in the field. Joining the Coomer Roofing Company in 2005, Dom has since
taken ownership in 2021.
As owner, Dom is dedicated to upholding the company’s legacy of quality service, while driving its growth and commitment
to customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Dom is a proud husband and a loving father to two adult children. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, whether it's cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or traveling to new destinations. Dom is also a fitness enthusiast, making time to stay active
through regular workouts.
Sean Sayre - Vice President
Sean Sayre is the Vice President at Coomer Roofing, where he has played a key role in the company's growth and success
since joining in 2006.
With extensive experience in the roofing industry, Sean leads the company’s Commercial Roofing and New Construction Division.
Under Sean's leadership, the division has flourished, delivering exceptional service to commercial clients and taking on complex
new construction projects.
Outside of work, Sean is a proud husband and father to two adult children. He loves skills oin the kitchen and at the grill!

Kim Grant - Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Kim has played an instrumental role in managing financial strategy, operations and accounting functions since 2000. Kim's ability to streamline operations, optimize financial performance, and maintain a strong financial foundation has been crucial in the company’s
long-term success and growth.
Outside of her role, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their grandkids, and their beloved pets. She is an avid boating enthusiast and loves relaxing on their houseboat on the lake. Kim also enjoys traveling, especially to Key West, where she can rest, relax and unwind. Family is incredibly important to Kim, and she treasures the time spent with loved ones, both at home and on their adventures.

Brandi Battinau - Marketing & Public Relations
While Brandi's focus is on building the Coomer Roofing brand, she is also passionate about fostering positive relationships with customers, strengthening the company’s presence in the local community, and continuing to build Coomer Roofing’s philanthropic efforts.
Before joining our team, Brandi dedicated 26 years to education, where she served as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Outside of work, Brandi is a proud wife and loving mother to two adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, watching Colts football, and traveling to new places.

Doug Miller - Estimator
Having been with the company since the late 1970s and serving as the owner for 40 years, Doug has played a pivotal role in shaping Coomer Roofing into the trusted name it is today.
Although he has passed the torch, Doug continues to contribute to the company’s success, offering a wealth of experience and invaluable insights into both the roofing industry and the
company's operations. Doug serves as a mentor and father-figure to current owner, Dom Battinau, having been a guiding influence throughout the years.
Outside of work, Doug is a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Spending time with family, especially watching grandchildren grow up, is a priority. An avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, he enjoys the freedom of the open road and cherishes every ride.
Conner Battinau - Estimator
Conner brings a diverse skill set and a keen eye for detail to his role. With 4 years in the roofing industry and 2 years in water remediation and restoration, his background allows him to assess each project thoroughly, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and accurate estimates that meet their needs.
A former standout high school athlete in both football and basketball, Conner brings a competitive drive and strong work ethic to everything he does. Most importantly, Conner puts the customer and their needs first, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in Coomer.
Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time with his fiancee exploring new places around the country and is a
huge sports enthusiast.

Joey Craig - Estimator
Joey brings over 7 years of experience in the roofing, restoration, and insurance industries. At just 25 years old, Joey has already honed his skills and expertise to provide exceptional service, offering tailored roofing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. His passion for delivering high-quality results, combined with his commitment to integrity, makes him a valuable asset to the Coomer Roofing team.
For Joey, this role is not just about roofing—it's about giving back to the community that has shaped him. His desire to make a positive impact is at the heart of both his career and his personal life.
When he's not working, Joey enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active as a member of a local country club, and pursuing his interests in fitness and wellness.

Outside of work, John is a proud husband and father of three daughters, with a son on the way. He cherishes every moment spent with his family and makes it a priority to spend his free time with them, creating lasting memories. A car enthusiast, John also enjoys working on cars as a hobby, using his downtime to unwind and

Reggie White - Superintendent
With over 40 years of dedicated service, Reggie White is the longest-tenured employee at Coomer Roofing. Throughout his extensive career, Reggie has overseen a wide range of commercial roofing projects, consistently ensuring high-quality work
and client satisfaction.
Reggie has played a pivotal role in Coomer Roofing’s growth and reputation, providing mentorship to newer team members and helping to shape the company’s approach to roofing excellence.
When not managing roofing projects, Reggie enjoys spending quality time with his wife and adult children watching their grandkids race, a passion that brings the whole family together.
Daniel Prieto - Roofing Technician
Throughout Daniel’s 20 -year career, he has worked on a wide variety of roofing projects. Daniel takes pride in his work and is known for his strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. His dedication to providing top-notch service and his strong work ethic have earned him the trust of both his colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Daniel is a devoted husband and father to two children. He loves spending time with his family and values those moments above all else. An avid NBA fan, Daniel is especially passionate about the Indiana Pacers and never misses a game.
