I called to request an estimate for roof replacement. Dom spoke to me on the phone and scheduled for two days later. He showed up early and is very warm and approachable - the kind of person you like immediately. He quickly identified that we had another issue that needed to be addressed before any roofing could even be worked on and referred me to the appropriate company. I had one roofing company who had been there the week before him that breezed past this glaring issue and immediately gave me an estimate for full replacement (that we may or may not even need). I greatly appreciated the honesty and expertise in my experience with Dom. When someone is only trying to assist you with what you NEED vs. what they can sell you, that is the kind of person/company that you want to do business with. Coomer Roofing just put a new roof, gutters and mail box on my home due to hail damage. Dom was who I worked with and he was amazing! He was incredibly responsive, professional and completed my job promptly. The claims adjuster that came out to assess the damage made the same comments to me. If I left a message, he called me back within minutes and answered emails within the hour. The guys that did the work were professional and you would never have known they were there. My landscape and other areas of the property were spotless when they left. I would recommend them 10 times over. Awesome job Coomer!!!

I called on Sunday and expected to leave a message on a voicemail. I got an actual person. They took my information (name, number, and address). I got a call on Monday to confirm what the basic issue is that needs addressed and we set up a time on Tuesday to have an initial estimate completed. On Tuesday Dom (the Coomer rep) provided me a very detailed estimate and stated that with the holiday week that someone might be out on Wednesday or Friday to repair my roof. I got a call on Wednesday morning to see if they could fix it today and fortunately I was available.

So from the initial contact on Sunday to a fix on Wednesday. That's awesome especially given the cold shoulder that another roofing company had provided since giving me an estimate. Also, the Coomer team was great to work with! They answered all of my questions and price matched the other estimate I received. I would definitely recommend them!
